Tanya Seaks, Landscape Designer

After spending 23 years flying in an aluminum tube at 38,000’, Tanya combined her love of art, horticulture, and the outdoors to become trained as a landscape designer.

She has been working in the landscaping world over the course of 14 years with the past 8 years as a designer for J&S Landscape. 

She brings an artistic eye for the Colorado landscape aesthetic and a commitment to bring a simple elegance to the homes she designs. Her designs range from the formal English look to the natural casualness of a Colorado landscape.

She enjoys designing outdoor spaces that become natural rooms in the landscape, smaller intimate areas and providing a range of habitats that invite birds to your home.

Tanya is certified with the Colorado Nursery Association.

Mike Woods, Landscape Designer

That first day he climbed a big backyard pine tree as an 8 year old bound him to an interest in the plant world.  So it was no surprise that designing beautiful landscapes would became a way of life for Mike Woods.  One of his favorite things is to have clients tell him how much they are enjoying the gardens, lawns, patios, and ponds he imagined for their homes.

Working with J&S Landscape is one of the great blessings in his career.   Having the chance to blend his ideas & skills with a blend of imaginative clients, Scott Haugland, talented &  experienced crew leaders, along with many hard working guys makes the whole process of garden making a daily treat.  He thinks of  himself as one of the lucky people in the world who works at something he loves.
